A man refuses to evacuate,
Risking all to save his house.
His castle, his fortress,
In distress, he stands stout.

His house, full of stories,
From birth to death, defeats, and glories.
With a garden hose, his only tool,
He fights, what a fool!

He dies holding the hose.
His reality is different, I suppose.
Not crazy, he knew the odds,
In this David vs. Goliath, no applause.
